7Bericht des Archons geschehen ist bei den Opfern,
8die er opferte für das Heil und die Rettung des
9Rates und des Volkes der Athener und für die
10Früchte im Umland; – Da aber der Archon alle
11anderen Opfer, die ihm zukamen, geopfert hat
12für den Rat und das Volk in guter und frommer Weise;
13er auch Sorge getragen hat für die Prozession
14für Dionysos zusammen mit seinen Beisitzern und den
15Verantwortlichen; er stets auch für das, was sein Amt
16betraf, Sorge getragen hat gemäß den
17Gesetzen: dass man belobige den Archon Nikias S.d. Philon
18aus dem Demos Otryne und seine Beisitzer:
19Alkimachos S.d. Kleoboulos aus dem Demos Myrrhinous;
20Antiphanes S.d. Polykrates aus dem Demos Otryne, wegen ihrer Frömmigkeit
21und ihres Ehrgeizes, den sie stets für

34der Sekretär, der während der Prytanie amtiert,
35aufzeichne auf eine steinerne Stele und aufstelle in dem Heiligtum
36des Dionysos; dass für die Aufzeichnung
37und die Anfertigung der Stele die Finanzverwalter

5Dionysos, for good fortune, the People shall decide:
6that the People shall accept the good things that the
7archon reports occurred in the sacrifices
8that he made for the health and preservation of the Council
9and the Athenian People and the
10crops in the countryside; and since the archon
11has made as many other sacrifices as were proper to him
12on behalf of the Council and People well and
13piously, and has managed the procession
14for Dionysos with his assistants and the
15managers, and continues to manage
16matters concerning his office according to the
17laws, to praise the archon Nikias son of Philon
18of Otryne and his assistants,
19Alkimachos son of Kleoboulos of Myrrhinous,
20Antiphanes son of Polykrates of Otryne for the
21piety and love of honour which they continue to have
22for the Athenian People; and to praise
23the managers of the procession, Isandros
24son of Echedemos of Kydathenaion, Mnesitheos
25son of Echedemos of Kydathenaion, Kallitheos son of Boularchos
26of Phlya, Antiphates son of Euthykritos of Azenia,
27Kallaischros son of Diotimos of Pallene, Ameinokles
28son of Antiphanes of Kettos, Hieron son of Pheidyllos
29of Aithalidai, Kallippos son of Hippotherses of Acharnai,
30Polyzelos son of Euenorides of Halai, Theogenes
31son of Poseidonios of Amphitrope; and to praise
32the father of the basket-bearer Kalliphon
33son of Kalliphon of Athmonon; that the prytany secretary
34shall inscribe this decree
35on a stone stele and stand it in the
36precinct of Dionysos; and for the inscription and
37making (of the stele) the board of administrators shall allocate
38the expenditure accrued.
